Patch for CGAL-2.1

There were some bugs in Release 2.1 of CGAL that affect triangulations and Delaunay triangulations in 2D. The following patch fixes these:

• CGAL-2.1_patch1.tar.gz
  
• CGAL-2.1_patch1.zip

Unpack this archive in the main CGAL directory (i.e., the one with subdirectories src, include, and so on).
