Patch for CGAL-2.2

There were some bugs in Release 2.2 of CGAL that affect regular triangulations in 2D, 3D sphere and the demo program for 2D minimum enclosing quadrilateral. The following patch fixes these:

• CGAL-2.2_patch1.tar.gz
  
• CGAL-2.2_patch1.gtar.gz
  
• CGAL-2.2_patch1.zip

To install the patch, simply unpack this archive in the main CGAL directory (i.e., the one with subdirectories demo, include, and so on).
